of Arizona

Connect

We connect pastors and government leaders for the purpose of two-way communication. Church and government leaders share much in common, including the pressures, isolation, and criticism that come with a high office and calling

Encourage

Pastors, in meeting with their government leaders, enjoy the chance to encourage, honor, and, with permission, pray for their leaders and their increasingly difficult work. Also with permission, pastors may share a word of encouragement from the Bible.

Partner

Pastors representing hundreds of constituents can share needs they see in their church and community. Government leaders can share needs and priorities they have which churches could help address (homelessness, foster care, mental health, etc.).

  • Since 2022, held over 400 one-to-one meetings between pastors and state government leaders.
  • Facilitated approval for Along Side Ministries to expand their successful prison and reentry ministry (3% recidivism rate) to all state prisons in Arizona.
  • Connected State Senator with Phoenix Dream Center, resulting in a six-month Dream Center outreach to ‘The Zone’ homeless encampment where 200 people joined their full-year residential program and 25 graduated.
  • Currently mobilizing churches to partner with a former legislator and developer to build affordable housing on church land. Secured a $3M grant from the City of Phoenix to build housing for homeless seniors.

Connecting pastors to government leaders to encourage them in their work and as bearers of God’s image, and to seek opportunities to partner in ways that lead to the flourishing of Arizona.
