CAP-Opposed SB 1377: Employment; Housing; Public Accommodations; Antidiscrimination

Adds protection for sexual orientation and “gender identity” to all anti-discrimination measures. Prohibits public education institutions from discriminating against students or parents on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin or disability.
