HB2085: Gender transition; minors; prohibitions
Summary:
HB2085 prohibits physicians from providing irreversible gender transition procedures on minors. Further, HB2085 bars public funds from being used for the purpose of gender transition for minors. State health facilities are also prohibited from providing these services.
