HB2043: Felony murder; unborn child

HB2043 amends the felony murder provision to include causing the death of an unborn child during the commission of qualifying felonies. The bill also specifies that this applies to an unborn child at any stage in its development in the womb. HB2043 reaffirms the reality of life in the womb, and enforces adequate penalties that recognize this reality.
