Josh Kredit, General Counsel/Vice President, Policy
Josh Kredit is General Counsel and Vice President of Policy for Center for Arizona Policy (CAP), a nonprofit research and education organization committed to promoting and defending the foundational values of life, marriage and family, and religious freedom. One hundred thirty-six CAP-supported bills have been passed into law since CAP made its first appearance at the State Capitol in 1995.
Josh joined CAP in November 2011. As General Counsel and VP of Policy, he is responsible for providing legal support for CAP’s mission in the legislative and legal arenas.
Prior to joining CAP, Josh received his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, and his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University. In addition to being admitted to practice law in Arizona, he is admitted in federal court for the District of Arizona, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Josh is a native Arizonan and is married to his high school sweetheart, Katie. They have three young children, Evan, Cole and Kelsey.
