Today in the Arizona Republic, CAP received some of the most significant and positive media attention in our history. The first line in the spotlight article sums up what CAP has been doing for 15 years, "The Center for Arizona Policy has impacted the daily life of nearly every Arizonan in some way or another over the past 14 years."  

The article tells of CAP's humble beginnings to our recent successes at the state capitol, which include passing 10 bills into law during last year's legislative session. It then explains how instead of using religious appeals or holding large public rallies, we work behind the scenes, using quality research and persuasive arguments to pass pro-family legislation. The article also highlights the importance of our volunteers and the people who support us financially.     

Perhaps the most revealing part of the article are quotes from legislators who see our influence first-hand. Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, one of the leaders who pushes against CAP's efforts, says, "The number 1 most powerful lobby at the Capitol now is the Center for Arizona Policy."

This is a testament to your support and God's provision. While we may only have three full-time staff members at the Capitol, we know that we have thousands of Arizona families standing with us! With your help and by God's grace, CAP will continue to influence state policy and stand for families in Arizona.
